I recently completed my first take a t a self  portrait. For a first try I think I did a decent job with the proportion of my facial features. I definitely could have done a better job managing the length of the face. I'm a strong believer in the idea that there is always ways to improve. I definitely have a long way to go especially in my shading. Without more shading it left my portrait with a very one dimensional feel. I am pretty happy with the final product but I am also excited to make big changes for the next time I attempt a self portrait!
